A support system for the use of AMU's digital tools has been set up by the Pedagogical Innovation and Evaluation Center.

This device called Practicéa is put at the disposal of all new students.

Practicéa is designed to allow students to learn how to use AMU tools (ENT, AMeTICE, messaging, timetable, etc.), based on a set of resources (video, tutorials, exercises, etc.) and accompanied by student tutors.

The students have to register in a training device corresponding to their faculty on the Practicéa web page.

Moreover, video tutorials are online on AMUpod to use the different services set up by AMU, for the benefit of students.

These videos, available all the time without AMU connection, are chaptered but also downloadable and subtitled to allow digital accessibility.

You will find out:

  • how to activate your AMU account and discover your digital work environment (ENT)
  • how to communicate with AMU: university messaging system, ticket (online help, remote requests), DUD (DOSI documentation)
  • how to use AMeTICE: navigating AMeTICE, your courses, the most common activities (retrieving a document, homework, quiz/test, group selection...)
  • all the useful stuff: school tools (grades, group registration), BU tools, WiFi and other utilities.
