Administrative registration: an essential step
It enables you to obtain your school certificate and student card to access the following services and activities:
- B.U., CROUS, SUIO, student life activities, sports activities, preventive medicine, etc.
- Obtain your digital identifier to connect to the digital working environment (ENT)
- and access over 30 services including: access to your grades, timetable, exam calendar, online internship platform and online course platform
This registration will be done remotely, by internet, EXCEPT for continuing education trainees. Please contact Mme Bouzigues: ejcam-scol-contact@univ-amu.fr or 04 12 23 23 84.
Before administrative registration
- Pay the Contribution Vie Etudiante et de Campus (CVEC) online by logging on to MesServices.Etudiant.gouv.fr.
- Download your certificate of payment of the CVEC (payment of €105 or by exoneration) showing the CVEC certificate number.
- ATTENTION: this formality is compulsory and prior to registration. Without the certificate number, you will not be able to register.
Online payment is preferred for the CVEC and all tuition fees. However, if payment by credit card is not possible, payment may be made by sending a cheque for the pre-established amount, made payable to the "Aix-Marseille Université Accounting Officer", or by transfer to the account of the Aix-Marseille Université Accounting Officer (RIB on request).

You must pre-register on the DIADEM platform from July 4, 2025 at 2pm to July 16, 2025 at 2pm, reopening on August 25, 2025 at 12pm and no later than September 19, 2025 at 5pm.

M1 and M2 Information Communication work-study courses
Administrative registration via IA WEB
The first administrative registration period will take place :
- July 4, 2025 at 2 pm to July 24, 2025 at 12 pm for Master 1 students
- July 4, 2025 at 2 p.m. to July 16, 2025 at 2 p.m. for Master 2 students
A second registration period will be open:
- For Master 1 students: registration must be completed as soon as possible after acceptance

- For Master 2 students: registration will reopen on August 25, 2025 at 12 noon, and must be completed by must be completed by 5pm on September 30, 2025. -

the deadline to 04/30/2026 for 1st year PhD students with late funding). -
Re-registration AMU students
For students already enrolled at EJCAM or AMU, please re-register via your ENT (Environnement Numérique de Travail) > Scolarité > Réinscription.
For administrative registrations via IA WEB, please send the required documents so that your registration can be validated as quickly as possible via your ENT.
Student social security
The abolition of student social security affiliation was adopted by Law no. 2018-166 of March 8, 2018 on student orientation and success. Since then, students are covered as follows:
- students who already had student social security keep it
- new foreign students will have to apply to the CPAM of their place of residence in France.
There is no longer any need to register with your school, and no contribution to pay.
