Photographe indépendante, Eugénie Baccot publie ses grands reportages et travaux éditoriaux dans de nombreux médias (GEO, Le Monde, The Washington Post, Vanity Fair et Newsweek Japan...). En parallèle, elle développe une pratique artistique personnelle, dont les projets sont présentés dans des festivals et institutions en France comme à l'international. Lauréate du Prix Canon de l'International Women In Photo Association (IWPA), elle explore les enjeux contemporains de l'image à travers ses recherches photographiques. Engagée dans la transmission, Eugénie intervient auprès d'écoles, d'universités et d'institutions culturelles en France et à l'étranger.
