The practice of "continuous information" has developed to the point of becoming a standard for journalism in general, and even a new model of professional excellence. Understood as the simultaneous and intertwined cohabitation, within media organisations, of the activities of production, editing and uninterrupted distribution of journalistic content, it is this little-studied transformation that these study days intend to explore.
These days, organised by Pauline Amiel, Olivier Baisnée, Loïc Ballarini, Jerome Berthaut, Cyriac Gousset, Dr. Nicolas Hubé and Jérémie Nollet, will bring together researchers and students to discuss changes in journalistic practices and the challenges posed by the urgency of continuous information.
