Administrative Registration: An Essential Step
It allows you to obtain your enrollment certificate and student ID card to access the following services and activities:
- University Library (B.U.), CROUS, SUIO, student life activities, sports activities, preventive health services
- Obtain your digital ID to log in to the digital learning environment (ENT)
- and access more than 30 services, including: your grades, your class schedule, your exam calendar, the online internship platform, and the online course platform
Registration will be done online, EXCEPT for continuing education students. Please contact Ms. Bouzigues at ejcam-scol-contact@univ-amu.fr or 04 12 23 23 84.
Before Administrative Registration
- Pay the Student Life and Campus Contribution (CVEC) online by logging in to the MesServices.Etudiant.gouv.fr platform.
- Download your CVEC payment receipt (for the €105 payment or exemption), which includes your CVEC certificate number.
- IMPORTANT: This step is mandatory and must be completed before you can register. Without the certificate number, you will not be able to complete your registration.
Online payment is preferred for the CVEC and all tuition fees. However, if payment by credit card is not possible, payment may be made by mailing a check for the predetermined amount, made payable to the “Accounting Officer of Aix-Marseille University” or via bank transfer to the Accounting Officer of Aix-Marseille University’s account (bank details available upon request).

M1 and M2 Information, Communication, and Journalism (Work-Study Program)
Administrative Registration via IA WEB
The first administrative registration period will take place:
• From 2:00 p.m. on July 2, 2026, to 12:00 p.m. on July 22, 2026, for Master’s 1 students
• From 2:00 p.m. on July 2, 2026, to 12:00 p.m. on July 22, 2026, for Master’s 2 students
A second registration period will be open:
• For first-year Master’s students: Registration must be completed as soon as possible after
acceptance, and no later than September 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
• For second-year Master’s students: registration will reopen on August 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., and
registration must be completed no later than September 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. -
L3, M1, and M2 in continuing education
Please find attached the documents (registration form and list of required documents) needed to complete your administrative registration, which will take place from July 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. to July 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., reopening on August 24, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. and closing no later than September 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (L3-M1) and September 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (M2).

M1 and M2: Non-EU Students and Studying in France
Online registration via IA WEB from July 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. to July 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., reopening on August 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. and no later than September 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. for Master’s 1 students, and September 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. for Master’s 2 students.

Ph.D. Enrollment
Ph.D. students should contact Ms. Bouzigues at ejcam-scol-contact@univ-amu.fr or 04 12 23 23 84 (no online registration) from July 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. to November 30, 2026 (with the deadline extended to April 30, 2027, for first-year doctoral students with delayed funding).

Re-enrollment for AMU Students
For students who were already enrolled at EJCAM or AMU, please re-enroll via your ENT (Digital Work Environment) > Academic Affairs > Re-enrollment.
Regarding administrative registration via IA WEB, please be sure to submit the required documents so that your registration can be validated as quickly as possible through your ENT.

Student Social Security
The elimination of student social security coverage was enacted by Law No. 2018-166 of March 8, 2018, on student guidance and academic success. Since then, students have been covered as follows:
- Students who were already enrolled in the student social security system retain their coverage
- New international students must register with the CPAM in their place of residence in France.
Therefore, there is no longer any need to register with educational institutions, and no contributions are required.
